I just do not trust SLRgear. I know that Lenstip and Photozone are not 100% reliable either, but you do get the feeling that the reviewers do their best to do a good testing job. I haven't really read any SLRgear reviews in years, but whenever I take a look I wonder again about why their reviews are so wonky. On purpose? Really strange testing software? Incompetent camera operators?
I just leave that website out of the sources I read get an idea of how lenses behave.
