We've got a new distortion record
#1
7.66% barrel distortion.

Respect!

Suppose, lens is for mirorless?

#3
I assume you're excluding fisheye lenses, so that would be a lot for something not ideally distorted.

dA Canon 7D2, 7D, 5D2, 600D, 450D, 300D IR modified, 1D, EF-S 10-18, 15-85, EF 35/2, 85/1.8, 135/2, 70-300L, 100-400L, MP-E65, Zeiss 2/50, Sigma 150 macro, 120-300/2.8, Samyang 8mm fisheye, Olympus E-P1, Panasonic 20/1.7, Sony HX9V, Fuji X100.

My guess is the Sony E-mount 16-50mm pancake zoom at the wide end.

#5
Bingo for Spinifex.

#6
It was close. The other one on my table made it to 5.94%.

….sssh don't mention that S word here….and try to avoid the small print on page one
#8
I reckon I should test the Zeiss E 24mm f/1.8 ... a pity that there's no volunteer out there.

#9
How about hte new zeiss 12mm ?

#10
Wasn't the Zeiss 24mm the lens with the extreme edge problems on Nex-7?
