Well may I give my opinion.
No ergonomics is most likely an excuse of people who don’t want to tell the true. Instead of talking bla bla …. I give few examples
1. “Nikon has better ergonomics†– I put this sentence in “†because is copywrited by Ken Rockwell
2. And here are my excuses
a. All guitars have bad ergonomics – I’m not good in guitar playing.
b. When I’m not in good shape I find the bicycle, the backpack or shoes as excuse.
3.In Full Frame hype era I said in PZ forum“camera and lenses will go smallerâ€. In that time I was totally smashed by arguments that 35mm is the most ergonomics format…… Funny enough the same people later on buy either high-end compact, Mirroless or Rangefinder, while I’m still happy with my all around runner canon 400+tamron17-50/2,8
I don’t change my equipment very frequently. I have experience with few film cameras, even including Russian SLR.
On digital edge I have – Minolta Dimage5 prosumer compact, HTC and Sony mobile phone ,canon 400D, 50D and 10 years old Sony video camera with touch screen.
Yes they are different but nor of them have bad ergonomics.
They all require certain time to get used to them.
