Sorry, but I like brainstorming
1. I believe they should position Pentax as an independent -high grade- lens company such as Leica/Zeiss (not competing with Sigma/Tamron/Tokina, but should offer better quality then Nikon/Canon/Sony counterparts. At least they can start with the limited edition ones, probably sticking to fix focus lenses only)
2. They should proceed with DSRL and other interchangeable camera options (but not using such tiny sensors like the one in Pentax Q)
3. They should immediately leave fix lens, compact camera business to Ricoh (there is almost no profit there for Pentax, too much competition and no succes till now. )
