I don´t see myself using a DLSR (ever) again, my future is mirrorless. The lens would serve for the time being on a Pana GF1 as "fast" 270 mm tele-prime. The adapter provides mechanical coupling only.

Well, then I can suggest another MF lens... I've got one today actually... It's a Carl Zeiss Jena DDR Sonnar 135mm f/3.5 (M42 mount). Even more compact that my Series E 135mm. I'm afraid it wouldn't be a "fast" tele on your m4/3 but checking my first test shots, I can tell that the sharpess wide open is very good and the bokeh is way better than the Nikon's. And the silky smooth MF ring rotates slightly less than 360 degrees... 1m minimum focus distance... I think this lens will put the Nikon on the retire list...
