Ouch.  But I think it suggests they don't have much ability to price lenses.

 

(But it's got 6 whole elements, that's why we have to price it at $7000 !)

Tamron has both 15-30 and 24-70 lenses...so it's not impossible.

 

Looks like it is indeed a Tamron collaboration.
