yes, heavenly place ...for tourist like me
Regarding the colors I usually shoot with polarizer (raw) , then I use lightroom and adjust especially , tones, contrast , black, highlight, shadows, ...and a little bit colors, but not too much.
I think that my website provider (Zenfolio) is using a software which enhance colors when displaying

Nice photos.
Whenever I hear the word Zanzibar, for some reason I think of the lines:
"I've got the old man's car
I've got a jazz guitar
I've got a tab at Zanzibar
Tonight that's where I'll be".
"She's waiting out in Shantytown
She's gonna pull the curtains down for me, for me".
