Nice little lens.
About STM: Reading the review it sort of felt as if all STM lenses were addressed as being slower than USM in focussing and not good in tracking.
There are, however, two types of STM:
The geared slow type, found in the EF-M 22mm f2 STM, EF-S 24mm f2.8 STM and EF 40mm STM. They make some noise, are slowish, and therefore track badly.
Then there are the other STM lenses (EF-M 11-22mm, EF-M 18-55mm, EF-M 55-200mm, EF-S 10-18mm, EF-S 18-55mm, EF-S 18-135mm, EF-S 55-250mm) which are silent, focus very fast, and track fine.
