The MTFs look great.

Does it (23) have a decentering defect ?

To be checked tomorrow

Ok thanks. Maybe I shouldn't be quite so snarf as this is a lens that I'm curious to see how it performs on your test. Still a bit perplexed by all the issues you are having. They used to talk about how 'made in japan' was better than 'made in china' but QC been a issue; or maybe fuji is moving so fast they haven't iron out the issues with their manufacturing yet (not sure if these things are hand or machine assembled).
After the Panasonic announcement, the Fuji pricing just seems even more reasonable than this morning.

It is almost suspiciously low ...

Same goes for the 23mm f/1.4 actually.

Looks to be a nice lens, but no better bokeh than the "old" 55mm f1.2's. About the same weight too, as my two oldies. But this one is APS-C only and has a lot more elements. Probably has less vignetting at the back too. And it is AF.

So, all in all, another nice one from Fuji, I think.

Yes, the left side is visibly softer ...

Let's see how the dealer reacts on this (but I know the answer already).
