A nice review. Did you test the resistance of flares and ghosting? According to lenstip in this regard it is better than the 12-35mm but still not pleasing.

I didn't have an issue here really (within reasons).

Take e.g. the sample image with the bokeh highlights - these are all light bulbs - and black remains deep black here.

The contrast is also very snappy thus with little bleeding from very bright into dark spots.

Seems pretty decent. Wonder how the oly 40-150 will be 'better'. Also I noticed that you didn't have to return either panasonic lenses for 'decentering' defects

That lens was supplied by a mate. :-)

A pretty good result indeed. Two of the test shots taken at f/2.8, the gravestone and the one thereafter, look somehow misfocused though.
