http://www.scoop.it/t/sony-a7-and-a7r-fu...ss-cameras I really believe this line of cameras will be the first to really defy the DSLR's for pros. Half the weight of a D800, although they will have to design small lenses. The ability to use older FF lenses with an adaptor is also interesting.

Quite a big difference, but what really matters is the difference between bodies PLUS lenses.
The size difference between a small FF mirrorless camera and say an Olympus E-M1 is pretty much negligible.
However, when you take in account the whole system, it's a completely different story.
That's what people tend to forget about; for some reason they only compare body sizes...
Klaus, will you test lenses on this camera?
Sure, the A7r and 35/2.8 are sitting on my desk.
