Some months ago I bought a Pana with a couple of lenses as a second system for travels. I am quite pleased with the result from it, but borders could be a bit better (espcially Pana 14/2.5). A bit of resolution is lost by the the adjustment of distorsion. I have Lightroom as raw converter. Which raw converters do not automaticly adjust distorsion? Capture One seems to be an option but to a high price. Are there any others?

I wouldn't recommend RawTherapee without a certain amount
of hesitation. Even with small batches (about 10 images) it crashes.
I personally use RT only for single special images because I like its
ability for highlight recovery and the posibility to select different
deconvolution/raw-conversion algorithms ... and that's where I would
recommend RT without a doubt.
For larger batches of images, I don't think RT is a good choice.

PS: For the original problem ... the conversion of images without
auto-correctures applied to them ... shouldn't it be possible to
switch these corrections off in Lightrooms preference-settings?
(I don't use Lightroom often and I don't use the actual version, so
I don't know ... but I would assume, there should be such a setting
somewhere).
RawTherapee is not recommended for 32-bit systems.
m43 corrections are completely silent in Lightroom & no chance of disabling them.
Works same as camera Jpeg auto-correction.
Worst thing is that build in distortion correction is not perfect & you may need to do it twice in some cases.

Now I have tested a 64 bit RT. It seems to work quite well for my needs - just to use it occasionally when I don´t want correction of distorsion.
I was surpriced how much that autocorrection can blur the image.

Sadly, this doesn't exist in Lightroom and is very unlikely to happen. I vaguely recall reading that Adobe partnered with Oly & Pana to implement their autocorrection. The idea behind is that mainstream applications completely blackbox these to the end user, unaware of the technical tradeoffs being made to attain compactness.
