Opticallimits

The Sigma focuses even closer than the Nikon (that's right up my alley) but it seems to suffer from quite severe field curvature. Either that, or extremely poor borders even stopped down.

Well, I had that lens, and corners were weak wide open even on D3, so on D3X...

Judging by the SLRGear reviews of this unit and its sister lens, 24mm f/1.8, it would be unwise to expect miracles...
