LEONARDO LUMA

Salve !

Qualcuno riesce spiegarmi utilizzo della 135mm
Hi Luma,

Hmmm ...

"Qualcuno riesce spiegarmi utilizzo della 135mm "

... sounds italian to me ... lets ask one of the online translators ...

Babelfish (italian to english) ... gives ...

"Someone succeeds to explain to me uses of the 135mm"

... ok ... that's a beginning.

So, for me the 135mm is (attached to a camera with a fullframe

sensor like the EOS 5D) an ideal portrait lens. That's my main

use for the EF 135/2L.

Just my 2cts ... Rainer
And google gives:

"Hi!

Can anyone explain the use of 135mm"

Well, there is a range of focal lengths which is especially suited for portraits. The tele range of 80-135mm will give a slight tele shortening effect which is both flattering for facial features and plays nice with the background.

On a full frame camera like the Canon EOS 5D or Nikon D700/D3 or Sony A900, any 135mm lens will be nice for that purpose (portrait photography). Especially when they have a big aperture (f2.8-f1.8).
