Opticallimits

I need some help please. I use Capture NX2 and ViewNx for post treatment, but there is no easy way to produce a frame and a signature. <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Can someone please suggest a software, preferably free and definitely not Photoshop, that will permit me to make a nice frame and insert a caption or a signature on my photos? Can it be done in Lightroom? Can it be done in SmugMug? Lightroom certainly allows for a signature, be it graphic or font like in the export module.



For frame making, I know there are also plugins for lightroom, some free, some not, that would allow to create frames.

I'm not sure, but I think I remember the freeware Photoscape doing those things, among hundred other.
