Looks like a brilliant lens, there is some resolution still in the borders @f0,95... Impressive. The only thing I'm worried about is manual focusing with shallow DOF... Haven't done that in a while <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Big Grin' />

That's a non-issue on EVILs actually. It is far easier and more precise than on a DSLR. You just have to use the magnified view.

It should be fine with static scenes (e.g. portraits), and it obviously won't work with any moving objects.

Oh, the trouble some go through to get a 50mm f/1.9 equivalent <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Sad' />
