Good, I was just about to ask which of the 85s is better - the Tamron or the Samyang. Guess you'll have that question sorted out Klaus.
It appears to render very agreeable. Now how about Samyang's AF?

Contrast seems a bit weak.
Everybody is all the time all about the need for high DR, and you complain about "weak contrast"?? :-P
Nothing is easier to adjust in PP than "weak contrast". And I am not really seeing it.
The contrast is somewhat weak at f/1.4 I'd say.
