I'm so happy, and my LCD Display so lucky, that I was not drinking coffee when I stumbled on this thread.
Anyways, the Lenstip review of Z 24-70/4S seems fair. I had a demo unit and it did not impress me a lot, that's why I skipped buying the kit all-together. I have friends who are very happy with the lens, which makes me wonder why!
Samples of Z 24-70/2.8S look promising, and I find these for 20/1.8 a disaster...
