Which zoom do you think is the best, of all sensor sizes, in the range between 24 and 100 / 120mm (reference ff)?  Thanks and greetings from Spain
Olympus 12-100 f4 for micro 4/3 (equivalent to 24-200 fullframe)

The Canon RF 24-105mm f4 L IS USM, for instance, is better and somewhat cheaper.

It depends on the OP's priorities. If the OP values focal ranges > 105mm then the 12-100 is better :-)
Preferences are: lightweight, mirrorless system. Thanks for your opinions.

If you value lightweight (and presumably size as well) then micro 4/3 makes probably more sense than any other mirrorless system.
I'd recommend a Panasonic GX9 body as it can be had for nothing these days while still providing excellent IQ in a lightweight and small package.
Here are some options shown in the image below:

From left to right (prices in Swiss francs from http://toppreise.ch):
  • Canon RP + Canon RF 24-105 f4. Weight: 1185g (485+700). Cost 2088 CHF (1080+1008)
  • Panasonic GX9 + Olympus 12-100 f4 (FF equivalent 24-200). Weight: 968g (407+561). Cost 1482 CHF (500+982)
  • Panasonic GX9 + Panasonic 12-60 f2.8-4 (FF equivalent 24-120). Weight: 727g (407+320). Cost 1246 CHF (500+746)
  • Panasonic GX9 + Panasonic 12-60 f3.5-5.6 (FF equivalent 24-120). Weight: 617g (407+210). Cost 875 CHF (500+375)
  • Panasonic GX9 + Panasonic 12-32 f3.5-5.6 (FF equivalent 24-64). Weight: 477g (407+70). Cost 500 CHF
Depending on your needs you can go from super tiny/light to heavier/larger while being very versatile.
A good compromise is probably the GX9 + Panasonic 12-60 f2.8-4.
I wouldn't put an Oly lens with IS on a Panasonic body - that's a waste of IS potential.

I'd vote for:
- Oly E-M5 III w/ Olympus 12-100mm f/4 IS
- Panasonic S5 w/ Panasonic 24-105mm f/4 IS
- Canon EOS R6 (or maybe R) w/ Canon 24-105mm f/4 IS - I wouldn't go for the RP really due to the shitty sensor.
- Sony A7 III w/ Sony 24-105mm f/4 OSS

From there on it's a matter of use case and preference.

I'm not sure about the G9/GX9 - if I had to guess I'd say that Pana is going to focus on L-mount with the possible exception of the GH6.

I've had a GX9 + Oly 12-100 f4 and the stabilization was still amazing (now I'm fully Fuji, but I kept a tiny GM5 + 2 tiny lenses for when I need something super-compact).

I forgot about the E-M5 III. It's true that it's a better camera than the GX9, I had forgotten about it. However, it's quite a bit more expensive.

Regarding the other suggestions, they don't qualify IMO: the OP's priority is weight, therefore any FF system won't be able to compete against MFT zooms at equivalent focal ranges.
If the OP for whatever reason realises that FF equivalent f8 DOF won't always cut it, the other suggestions do start to matter.
