This one is smaller and lighter, as well as - presumably - sharper. What gives?

Pix in the gallery look great, there is visible magenta and green cast wide open however.
I like the following from DPR: "Sony has just launched the FE 35mm F1.4 GM, the 39th full-frame E-mount lens..."

Great lens, especially given how compact/light it is for f1.4!
If I were a Sony FE user, I'd be strongly interested.
From the pics, it looks very sharp wide-open already.
