Perhaps he hadn't started to drink... yet.
Anyway, a perfect slogan for a very effective stability system could be "... and you can even get drunk and still get sharp photos".

IBIS = inebriated image stabilization

Aren't the highlights blown out?
I don't know, but from my shooting beer in a dark, deserted bar experiences 15 sec at f/5.6 and ISO 200 or less appears to be a bit on the long side of exposure.
Even more impressive: Vailiev claims to have taken 7756 shots in outdoor and studio situation and the battery was at 28% after that. Why am I doubting that? This is just one digit too much, I think.

15 sec. and still at 28% of battery after 7756 shots seem both unrealistic.
However, the IBIS implementation seems quite impressive.
Robin Wong, although quite a bit biased, claims it works for several seconds https://robinwong.blogspot.ch/2016/11/ol...eview.html
There must still be some truth to it.

Well, even though they are just 4/6secs, it could start to be useful for e.g. flowing water long exposures without tripod.

The battery of the EM-1 Mk II actually is more than twice the size of the batteries of the other OM-D cameras and the Pen F. It also has a much more energy effecient set of electronics. In combination with the high fps-rate it has, this could well be possible.
Kind regards, Wim
