I may have missed it, but is that lens APS-C or FF? (I know about Fuji, but it is also mentioned as slated for release in Z mount so...)
Very likely APS-C. Viltrox offers several of their APS-C lenses as Nikon Z DX lenses already.
A full frame 75/1.2 would be way larger, heavier, and (even from that brand) way more expensive
