Oh boy... this doesn't look very good (pardon the pun). Though I was amused to see the (now nigh-forgotten) "NEX" designation on the adapter.

I used to have one back in the early 1970's, and I absolutely loved it. Used it on a Praktica LTL . Mostly for portraiture and landscapes.
When I moved to Pentax, K-bayonet, I replaced it with a 100 F/4 Macro.
