Pretty much on par with what the old 14/2.8 AF lenses (Sigma / Tamron) cost in the days of yore. I paid $650 for my Sigma but that was long since it was discontinued. The Samyang is probably better as well.

384 euros more than I paid for the MF chipped F mount version (delivered), for a lens that has so much DOF I'd have problems justifying that difference,
on the other hand it's performance is so good if you want the AF I don't think there's another there to beat it!
I'm still bathing in the glory of that lens buy.......even the cardboard box is the best I've seen!
The FE mount version is very different from the one you have, Dave.

Yes, otherwise it would be E and not FE
The manufacturer MTFs look great for a 14mm lens.
