I've always desired to own a tilt&shift lens. In ancient times, mainly because of shift and perspective correction. Honestly, with a good bunch of megapixels and the feature in the LR workflow, I'm fine with post-processing. But there was a residual attraction for tilt, even though I'm not sure I'd be able to do something good. That's why I always prevented myself from buying expensive T&S lenses. I thought about it again when Samyang made a cheaper product, but still too much for "just playing". Even T&S adapters, at 250/300€, are too expensive...

50€ is reasonable. And so I started playing with my now legacy Nikkor 50mm f/1.8...
I've also ordered a M24 version... Curious to try with my Trioplan, even though it's a bit long for tilting...
