The bokeh tests are standardized to approx a one-quarter headshot - and a defined size of the out-of-focus discs (plus/minus a bit) at max aperture.
It's impossible to cover all bokeh scenarios, of course.
I've considered using a test scene like yours for testing focus breathing, but so far ... :-)
