Rover Yeah, the last part has gone missing. In any case I think the Sigma or the Tamron are a better choice anyway, unless you need the absolute smallest lens (though I'm sure someone will make an ultra tiny f/4.5-5.6 UWA in the vein of Canon's, sometime).
stoppingdown I agree. I'm keeping an eye on those lenses since, while I'm perfectly fine with the SEL1018, sooner or later I could replace it. At the moment it makes more sense to have one faster stop rather than 2 mm more overlapping with the 18-50mm.
Rover Would be curious to see the review of the Sony 15/1.4 G, though I understand that this is by far the least popular of that APS wideangle trio introduced concurrently in... what year was that anyway... 2022? The 11/1.8 was nice enough, and now this.
