The first new 24-70/2.8 lens with a 77mm filter thread (not an 82mm one) in... awhile? (the original F-mount Nikkor and the Sony ZA come to mind, then it all went 82). Also the internal zooming is pretty neat, probably a first in this class.
Markus, any chance you can squeeze the test of the original Z-mount lens in anticipation of it getting the axe and the comparison with the new one becoming mandatory?
