It's a shift lens, not a tilt-shift lens. You might want to correct the title of this thread.
The 18 mm f/8 lens covers the 24x36 format, even when fully shifted; this 18 mm f/5.6 lens only covers the APS-C format.
Like its big brother, this is a fixed-aperture lens.
