my ex Nikkor 50mm F1.2 (now sold) .... was along those lines dishearteningly soft and hazy/fringy/ smeary etc .... the Nikkor 50mm F1.4 was better .....
Actually a friend of mine and I set up a site entitled "Hippies 76 Station Road" (the house we shared) the site was in my friends name ..... some years ago he sadly died, the site stayed up until recently then it disappeared ..... I still have all the images but with time they are of course less relevant to the remaining vivants .....
