do I really need more than six colors printer? - toni-a - 10-03-2015 Still looking for a photo printer however can't find any decent buying guide. Or decent reviews like for cameras and lenses. For what should I look ? Prices vary greatly. Found Epson L800 for 400$ quite pricey. Epson L220 just 220$ only difference it 4 ink vs 6 ink is it justified? Any recommendations for a reasonably priced good quality photo printer? do I really need more than six colors printer? - davidmanze - 10-05-2015 I think you will be best looking on line at printer comparison sites, they have the wherewithal to test quality and cost against a wider range of printers than an individual could do. The Epson L220 seems a good way to go with it's refillable feed cartridge system and is cheap, they claim excellent quality, but accurate user reviews are a bit thin the ground. With only four inks it probably won't be good for B+W prints! Edit.....I've found this user review of the L210; with references to the improvements of the L220 model, even prints decent B+W apparently! http://deepakjulien.com/epson-l210-all-in-one-review.html |
