Silouette - mst - 08-30-2011 Since miro still remembers the image, it may be worth to repost it (was originally posted in the old forum). Early evening, btw, miro, not early morning <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> -- Markus Silouette - anyscreenamewilldo - 08-31-2011 yum, nice ... must visit Germany when i'm over there ... to party and have a beer ... Silouette - Brightcolours - 08-31-2011 Belgian beers are better, though <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':o' /> Silouette - miro - 09-14-2011 Thanks Marcus, The picture is still in my mind. However my memory fails – Evening vs morning. :-) BTW: You can see such early morning picture in Eindhoven – students/teenagers are going home at 6:00AM Few years ago when I sow this picture I said wow again another wonderful picture from Marcus. Now I still find it as wonderful as before. The only difference is that my knowledge is grown and I can say now why I like it so much. 1. Perfect complement between warm and cold color. Where the main subject is in warm against blue BG. The subject spring!!! 2. Nice silhouette and shape 3. Well composed image. 4. Interesting background with nice color transitions. It creates nice mood. I would recommend this image for anybody who wants to learn photography. It is nice school example for mood, shapes, luminance contrast, color contrasts. Silouette - Brightcolours - 09-15-2011 Are you from around Eindhoven, miro? With your coastal pics I always imagined you to live in the west... Silouette - miro - 09-15-2011 Hi BC, I lived in Eindhoven. When I have married, we’ve moved nearby Loonse en Drunense duinen but I work in Eindhoven. My wife was born and grown in the west |
