Unlikely. You usually have to submit the raw file, too, to make sure all the editing that is done complies to the rules.
However, I assume the situation was less peaceful (for the mouse) than the image suggests

Some great shots ....... I like the chipmunk thanking the Lord ..... the weird spikey feathered bird ...... and the turtle giving the photographer the one flipper !!
