New Fuji gear - thxbb12 - 10-15-2020 So Fuji announced a few things today:
RE: New Fuji gear - Klaus - 10-15-2020 Press announcement: https://www.fujifilm.com/news/n201015_02.html RE: New Fuji gear - Rover - 10-16-2020 Wonder why they made their UWA zoom a 10-24mm since there's no 24-xx mm lens to mesh with it in their lineup? It looks a bit awkward as there's too much overlap with the 18-55 (the most logical standard zoom) and too much of a gap between 24mm and the next longer zoom lens, the 55-200. Of course if someone were to cover that gap with primes (say, a Touit 32 and whatnot), it'd be less of an oddity... RE: New Fuji gear - Klaus - 10-16-2020 I, for one, don't really need a zoom lens besides a 16/18-xxmm. A 10mm f/4 would be great. There's at least the Zeiss Touit 12mm f/2.8. There's at least the Zeiss Touit 12mm f/2.8. Similar way, I for example look not for a zoom beyond 24 mm (in APS-C world), until short tele lens. So in my book, 10-24/4 would be a nice lens to consider if I were using Fujis. Announced redesign seems a nice upgrade. RE: New Fuji gear - Aldrin Smith - 10-22-2020 A little bit expensive, really. |
