Short video of the EVF lag between filmed clock and viewed time. - davidmanze - 11-13-2020
A quick clip showing the Sony A9 filming a real time clock at 20 Fps and the resulting time projected on the rear LCD screen ........ the video can be stopped at any point to see the difference in time from the original clock and the LCD of the A9.
Sometimes the two clocks read the same ..... ie. at the start of a I/125 sec EVF refresh rate ..... at the end there is of course a delay which seems to correspond to one second divided by the frame rate of 120 Fps = 8.3 milli seconds.
It's only a 12 second video ....... you can stop to compare the displayed time against the filmed clock.
