Nikkor Z 14-30 f4 review at lenstip.com - thxbb12 - 02-03-2021 Good at the wide-end, but pretty weak at the long end: https://www.lenstip.com/index.php?test=obiektywu&test_ob=599 RE: Nikkor Z 14-30 f4 review at lenstip.com - faint - 02-04-2021 Truth to be told, while I never find this lens thrilling, it is still offering fantastic price/performance ratio. Most people will still use this lens for landscapes, where the wider end shines along with the ability to use standard filters. Plus - it's quite compact for hiking. It makes a sensible 14-24/4 option for landscape, plus 24-30 for some wide portraits, video and photo-journalism type of stuff. RE: Nikkor Z 14-30 f4 review at lenstip.com - Brightcolours - 02-04-2021 That astigmatism its pretty bad indeed, especially for modern only f4 lens. Images look "torn apart" at the borders at 30mm. |
