The more  I see sample pictures, the more I am convinced about ultrawides main use: architecture.

An affordable tilt and shift fast ultrawide would do wonders

It's plain pointless to make a tilt-shift lens fast  ^_^

 

Without tripod nobody uses such a lens. So, the camera is already supported and doesn't need fast aperture. Next to it, you'd get so much unprecictable vignetting that you need long post-processing. Fast wide-angles are pretty difficult to focus and I doubt to make affordable as tilt-shift, for that kind of price you might have in mind.

 

Like helicopter-cars with batteries: doable, nice to have, but hardly cheap.
