Canon RF35mmf1.8 js easily my most used lens: very versatile, excellent image quality in any lighting condition, very reasonable size.
Checking the pictures before getting the RF , the old 35f1.4 is a solid performer.
Should I give the good old lens another chance ?

If you like compactness, stabilization, and close-ups, go with the RF 35mm f/1.8. If you want the best bokeh, low-light capabilities, and a more "cinematic" look, try the EF 35mm f/1.4L.
