This phenomena only happens when "Exp/WB" is set in "Menu, Screen -> Preview Exp/WB". 

Can anyone confirm this behaviour ?

I have a very similar bug with XT-20 and firmware updated to the last version (I had to update firmware because of other problems).
I got flikering when recording video. Settings was manual ISO 1600, auto WB.
I did not test other settings. But this was very frustrating as my video was ruinded.
