Underwhelming, just like the 35mm 1.4. Horrible outlining on bokeh and tons of LOCA, slow AF and soft wide open. I'm betting distortion is horrid as well. I definitely should've went with the panasonic 35 1.8, won't be making the same mistake with the 24mm. Not sure why Sigma are degrading their DSLR lenses to this dg dn crap.

At $800, it is a solid alternative to the Sony lens. I'm curious about the edge-to-edge sharpness. Have you tested it for night sky shots?
