... except for the pink color scheme ... ;-)

I like it too, although for much the same reasons I like m4/3s. The phase detect focus will appeal to some shooters. (Will it have front/back focus problems?) I like the small speed light and upcoming GPS module.

It's hard to get an idea of the size of the mockup lenses (dpreview), but they seem larger than I expected. Here's to hoping it suffer from large lenses.

Yeah, size-wise it doesn't over much if anything over MFT. The 10-100mm is rather big.

If the AF is as good as it sounds then m4/3 is dead to me! Has anyone done a body size comparison with other players yet? Time to look around the internets...

That pink lens will no doubt look best on the red J1.

Ooh, just saw it does the "take a shot before you press the shutter" thing too! I think this could be the closest to a perfect mirrorless camera for me. They just forgot the tilting screen, but I'd imagine that'll follow in a future body.

Seems to have kicked up some fun on the m4/3 fansites. They're dismissing the small sensor and not so small lenses.

nikonrumors seems to have died. "I am coming" site is still counting down.

I still haven't found anyone doing a body size comparison yet so I might end up having to do my own...

We're already discussing the time-frame <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Wink' />

Test camera will most likely be the V1.
