... the Q-S1
Let's see whether I can warm up this old love affair again (which nobody understands, I know).

Quote:... the Q-S1Firstly re/welcome to Pentax-land Klaus It's certainly a pretty little camera and I just downloaded a RAW image to be pleasantly surprised by it's IQ, at low ISOs it's decent enough to belie it's rather tiny sensor, Australia has plenty of good light so you won't have to resort to high ISOs too often. What lenses and of course "the" most important question.......... what colour is it? Looking forward to your comments!

Actually I am currently in Germany (for two weeks). Looking out of the window I'd confirm that high ISO Germany is nothing for this camera ;-)
I'm not totally sure but I think the original Q has still a better build quality than the Q-S1 (picked up here). But it is as cute as ever. :-) Will also get the 15-45mm. Not sure about the ultra-wide yet (too expensive, marginal 2nd hand value I suspect ... but still tempted). On the downside I have to say that the Panasonic GM-1 isn't much bigger.
