Looks like I'll have to reconsider my desire for the Sigma 85/1.4. This lens is just so much better (as in the IQ, not the exterior - though I have to admit that the new Tamrons are damn sexy).

Never was too impressed with how that Sigma renders... Hardly f1.4 (more like the Canon 85mm f1.8 DOF wise), and also strong CA. This Tamron looks to be a pretty nice lens.
