Except when it comes to CA... Sony just took an easy way out to satisfy the P&S a.k.a. SLT market, instead of making a well-corrected lens when they had the chance.

Full format zoom lens tests.
Any speculation on how this lens would perform on a FF ? I guess vignetting might be an issue @ 2.8; how about borders ?
