Insane!
An APS-C review will follow, BTW.

Hehehe... originally I wanted to wait for a photozone review, like always, before buying this lens. But I was weak last week (no pun intended!) and it was delivered just yesterday. I use it on my APS-C Fuji S5 and although I just had taken about 50 Shots yesterday, I can totally agree with your findings. Especially concerning CA and sharpness: no CA, even on my un-software-corrected S5, and awesome sharpness even wide open.
It is a great lens, even more so if you already have PTLens like I do. I just wait for an LR3 lens profile to ease the workflow.

Hi Klaus,
How did you find its flare resistance? When I shoot WA this is a major concern for me.
OT: Is there a button or a checkbox to tick to alert me of responses to this thread?
Happy shooting,
Yakim.

It is mentioned in the text - it's typical (=not worse than the competition) for such a lens.
Re OT: I think you can configure to get emails for "watched" topics.
Dang. I wish I was into wide angle lenses. Now if someone will make a 50 or 90 mm lens with that type of perf.

Canon TS-E 90 F/2.8, 85L, ZE 50 F/2 Macro, and I could add another 50, but nobody believes me when I mention it <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':o' />.
Kind regards, Wim
