You're neglecting the differences in sensor size too. A full frame sensor, used with the same f number lens fitted, would collect two stops more light than m4/3. So a full frame system with 24mm f/1.4, used wide open, is three stops faster than a 12mm f/2 on m4/3, assuming the sensors are of a similar technology level.
