I think -with that price-, likely... But also there are to many "if"s... I believe the users of a MF DSLR are in a need of huge prints with lots of detail. From that point of view, I don't think a FF DSLRS with 36mp can compete with a 41mp MF sensor. But I agree with you when I think of a user who does not need huge prints and see the images on a decent 24" LCD monitor... Then paying ~10.000$ compared to ~4.000$ would make the 645D images look very very expensive...
