It would make lots of marketing sense for Fuji to base their new system, which has been confirmed in the French media as well, on the APS-C. They dominate the expert/pro market in the one lens camera market and have all it takes to dominate the mirrorless exchangeable market as well, because they understand the importance of lenses. Sony never has and Samsung does not seem to know how to market their excellent product so it is all open for Fuji.
