Vieux Loup, thank you for your kind comments about my children. As for the lens, no it was not with the 18-35. I used the 50mm f/1.4 AFS. I think it is a nice lens but have had it for only about 2 months, so I don't know it as well as the 18-35.
The 18-35, IMO, is a good lens for a number of things but I have better lenses for portraits.
