Dxomark calculates DR, color score, and tonal range at the BASE ISO. High ISO scores are irrelevant for these numbers. Canon scores are poor at base ISO (compared to Sony sensors), and that's why they end up not scoring that high on dxomark.
However, the new S100 with Canon sensor is doing very well at the base ISO.
